Basecamp from 37 Signals

I use 37signals.com's basecamp product to manage projects for all of my business ventures. I have a basecamp site for DBR Systems, RK Properties, Bright Software, and I even set one up for the church members at SHPC.

WHY BASECAMP? Basecamp takes a fresh, novel approach to project collaboration. Projects don't fail from a lack of charts, graphs, stats, or reports, they fail from a lack of clear communication. Basecamp solves this problem by providing tools tailored to improve the communication between people working together on a project.

This is very true for my teams and my clients. Everyone using my basecamp sites have commented they like the ease of use, collaboration, depository of information, and the professional look and feel. It's a canned solution but is just flexible enough to brand and color it your way.
I setup my projects and attach them to customers. The customers have their own login and only have access to their projects. We can all post messages, upload files, chat, set milestones, create to-do's, and collaborate on documents. It even gives you time management features to track, record, bill your time.
I love the RSS features, I subscribe to all my project sites using my new reader. Now, if anyone (customer, partner, vendors) add content to any of my secured project areas, I see the updates in my reader. This is a password projected area so all the data remains secure.
I tried several project management tools and finally found basecamp. I'll never look for another solution. It meets all my needs and the guys at 37Signals are constantly improving this already phenomenal application.
