- My name is Rickey McCallum, and I'm the Operations Manager for Dale Carnegie Training - Knoxville, TN . I was born and raised here in Knoxville, and graduated from Farragut High School. I attended college at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Sports Management/Marketing. I've spent the majority of my career working for Enterprise Rent a Car, then moved into manufacturing sales before finding this job with Dale Carnegie. I recently graduated from the DC Human Relations/Effective Communication course, and excited about sharing my experiences with others! My wife is a Physical Therapist for Covenant Health, and we recently had our first child who will be a year old in October.
