- I am a personal chef specifically serving the elderly, disabled, people who have to adhere to strict diets such as diabetics, heart patients, and people working toward weight loss goals. I also serve caregivers for the elderly, disabled and seriously ill.
I am also a violinist.

- I have lived in Knoxville since 1990. I am married to Jeff Irick. I am a personal chef and violinist. I have just started Healthful Creations. I am also a violinist and play in the Oak Ridge Symphony, at church and for banquets, weddings, etc. I enjoy fitness and learning about nutrition and healthy eating.
