- I am a business advisor that helps business owners achieve their hopes and dreams but providing practical advice that works. Not only do I help them improve their earnings but I also help them find the time to enjoy their hard work.

- I have held numerous leadership positions in general management, manufacturing management, and financial management with global industry leaders such as Abbott Laboratories, Rockwell International, MAN, BTR, Dico Tire, Titan Wheel International, and Bandag over my 35 years in business. I have developed high performance teams and built high trust cultures in industries such as pharmaceuticals, printing press manufacturing, consumer air moving products, wheels, tires, tire retreading, and software.
Although I am expert at leadership development and financial controls but what I am the best at is helping business owners find the confidence to push beyond their comfort zone.
