If you like hiking and meeting other entrepreneurs, this is the group for you. We will schedule hikes on nearby green ways, trails, WMAs, etc. Invite a friend or two; hiking is better with a group.
This group is for those interested in learning how to get fit and stay healthy and in shape.
Please post your fitness questions! I will also post articles on other helpful tips in addition to planning fitness related events.
