What do you do?

My passion is to help people get fit in mind, body and spirit. I focus on folk that are over 40 as I understand the aging body, begining exercisers as I understand their fears, and those with physical limitations such as being over weight...knee problems...back issues...stress issues...etc. I find it very rewarding to approach exercise from the mindset of what you CAN do.

Who are you? Tell us a little about you...

I am glad to be back in Knoxville after being on a three year adventure in the back woods of Western Montana. It has been nearly a year now, so the way is becoming clearer.

I am finally giving myself permission to live my passion...not out of a sense of performance, but as an extension of who I am....trusting that God's provision will always be there as I walk in the light.

I have a sense of wonderment at all the possibilities this new leg of the journey is presenting. Even though the world seems unstable, I will be moving forward with no fear. There is much work to be done and I am choosing to contribute.
