Comment by Bruce Pate on December 31, 2008 at 11:18pm - I'm a web developer more than anything, but have this Adobe Master Collection CS4 that includes Premier Pro. Anyone have experience with AVCHD on Premier and what is a good hardware configuration to run that on? Adobe's recommended minimum is dual 2.8 Ghz. I've got 2.4 so I'm sure I'm under powered as it's real laggy. If 2.8 is the minimum, what is acceptable to work on without breaking the bank? The best machine I have was built in December 2006, and now that is too slow!
