I've been using VMWare Fusion on my iMac and MacBook Pro to run RSLogix, RSView, etc. for projects. It works great. I haven't had any issues with it. It's a great way to keep your entire programmin...

Leo, we can help too with all of the DB and web work as well. Also if you need someone to actually design and layout the the DB in SQL I can do that too. Also with the cabling and wi-fi done that too so theres alot that I can offer as far as those go. I would also like to just be around or in the loop with uploading the data from the ControlLogix system into the DB because I have never worked with one of those before.

Hey Leo - following up from the web group... if you can get the data into SQL, we can interface with the DB and get it on the web in just about any capacity (login protected, etc). If they still need someone to setup and install switches, cat 6 cabling, wi-fi, vpn, etc we can help there too.

I'm looking at an opportunity this week at a waste water treatment facility. The app is to control two 200 Hp AC motors on centrifugal fans. There is a third 75 Hp AC motor which operates as a helper. The customer is interested in a Honeywell Controller with two VFDs for the 200 Hp motors and one Starter on the 75 Hp motor and a simple HMI.

Closed loop control using air flow meters and Hach DO sensors.

Anyone have any experience with a system like this? I've done similar systems but I always use Allen-Bradley. So I would put a micrologix, PV, powerflex drives, and soft start.
