The boat trip was a success! We had a great time and took a bunch of photos! Let's plan something a little less time consuming and less complex for our next shoot! How about meeting at Remedy Coffee one morning and shooting a few buildings in the Old City?

My boat is in dry stack so we can only use it until about mid-November. After the water goes down, the fork truck can't reach the water to put the boat in.

Tuesday works for me; We could meet at Fox Road Marina around 8:30 a.m. (later is fine too). We'll cruise as far as everyone wants and stop as often as everyone wants. The goal is to take pictures not really get to any location. I would want to be back to the marina by 2:30 p.m. and we can come back earlier if necessary.

I'd be interested if the time doesn't conflict with work/family commitments. I'm free on Tuesdays and Thursdays for such an escapade.

How many boats do we have in the group? Mine will hold 8 comfortably and up to 12. I'm thinking we could do a fall foliage shot from the boat while the colors are popping. We could start from Fox Road Marina and cruise up Ft Loudon to Tellico all the way to the dam near 129. Great cruise and lots of opportunities to shoot. Anyone game? Maybe tomorrow morning or Fri or pick a day early next week.

I'd be up for this Saturday in the Old City around 6:00 a.m. we could park in the Barley's parking lot. We'll grab some coffee at Remedy and start shooting. We could also meet again in the evening for those who don't like the morning hours.
