I'm the Operations Manager for Dale Carnegie Training in East Tennessee. I partner with small market, family owned businesses, and large corporations in Knoxville and surrounding counties to produce measureable business results. We do this by improving the performance of employees with emphasis on leadership development, B2B sales, team member engagement, customer service, presentations, process improvement, and other essential management skills.

Dale Carnegie Training programs are available in more than 25 languages, and more than 75 countries. Look around you at successful business people, world leaders, professional athletes, and entertainers. You'll find a disproportionately high number of Dale Carnegie "Human Relations/Effective Communications" graduates.

I'm here because I want to help develop your good employees into future leaders. If you’re thinking of someone right now, who could be doing things more, less, better, or differently than they are currently doing...I'd like to speak with you.

I am a consultant to male and female entrepreneurs who wish to grow their business online, but are too busy to do it themselves!

I use a combination of 50 state blogs, 50 state pages, podcasts, videos, articles, press releases, social commenting on Twitter, and much more to help my clients move into the spotlight and remain there all year.

The Catalyst to Success Plan is an all-inclusive plan that keeps all marketing plates twirling, all year long; you can read about it on the homepage of The New US Woman http://www.thenewuswoman.com

Tennessee has it own state site: The New TN Woman: Top CEO Directory

Men are more than welcome to advertise on this site, under the Men Who Rock Page! and those that come onboard early will be given additional exposure when The New US Man comes out in fall 2009.
Sincerely,
Rosanne Ferreri-Feske, CEO

I have increased my SEO work, blogs, (hooked up to 2 national magazines/one external Msoft site) magazine columns, but asking for referrals is always the best.... why our newsletter works very well for us. Free monthly content.

Sure! I do a number of "retainer" consultancies -- from package pricing to shares in the resulting business... Whatever is good for both parties.

I do "contingent" free consults -- that is, that at the end of the hour the consultee agrees to say YES, or NO to hiring me/us... I prefer working with people who can make DECISIONS!

I do retainer packages for 3, 6 and 12 months. If the client takes the 12 month package they get the best deal. If they need to get out of the contract, they must give a 60 day written request.

Call me if you wish to discuss: 423-884-6328: Normally I look at the hourly committment vs my hourly rate: create a package for X number of months of work..

Anyone working on Retainer for anyone? I have a client asking me to setup a Retainer for them to get preferential treatment but I haven't done this before. Any suggestions? Or comments?
